In the past 17 years I've gone from the girl with cookies you could build a fallout shelter from to the girl that everyone wants to cook for them. In that time I've made plenty of turkeys that came out of the oven still raw, and casseroles that were just inedible. Even now with all the experience I have I'll sometimes try something new and we'll end up having to throw it away and order takeout. I want to share how I minimize those times and cook more effectively with this blog.
